Uganda sends forces to South Sudan amid conflict between Prez, VP

Uganda has deployed special forces to secure the South Sudan capital, Juba, its military chief Muhoozi Kainerugaba said on Tuesday. "Any move against him (President Salva Kiir) is a declaration of war against Uganda," Muhoozi stated. South Sudan is seeing a conflict between its President Kiir and the Vice President, Riek Machar, after the former detained ministers allied with Machar.
