UGC India's Twitter account briefly hacked; 3rd govt account targeted in 2 days

The official Twitter account of University Grants Commission (UGC) India was briefly hacked on Sunday. The account's display and background pictures were changed to photos of cartoons and a long thread of tweets were posted, tagging numerous Twitter users. This comes after the Twitter accounts of Uttar Pradesh CM's Office and India Meteorological Department's (IMD) were hacked on Saturday.
