UK 1st Islamist country to get nuclear weapon: Republican VP pick Vance

US Republican Party's Vice-Presidential candidate JD Vance stirred a row after claiming that UK is "the first truly Islamist country" to get a nuclear weapon following the Labour Party's victory. Responding to the remark, UK's Deputy PM Angela Rayner said Vance has a history of making "fruity remarks". Rayner added the UK would work with whoever wins the upcoming election.
