British adventurer and billionaire Hamish Harding is onboard the missing submarine that was diving to the wreck of Titanic in Atlantic Ocean. Harding had announced the mission on social media over the weekend. Due to the "worst winter in Newfoundland in 40 years", this mission is likely to be the only manned mission to Titanic in 2023, he had said.
