UK charges 3rd Russian for 2018 novichok attack on double agent

The UK has charged a third Russian in absentia over the novichok nerve attack on former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury in 2018. There's enough evidence to charge Sergey Fedotov with conspiracy and attempted murder, possessing and using a chemical weapon, police said. All three suspects belonged to a Russian military intelligence team, police added.
