UK court asks Bakshi to sell CPRL stake to McDonald’s

The London Court of International Arbitration has reportedly asked Vikram Bakshi, the estranged partner of McDonald's India, to sell his stake in joint venture firm Connaught Plaza Restaurants (CPRL) to the fast-food giant. The court rejected Bakshi's claim that McDonald’s didn't validly terminate the joint venture, and also ordered appointment of experts to determine the fair value of his stake.
