UK deepening links with fellow democracies like India: Liz Truss

UK Prime Minister Liz Truss said her country is deepening links with “fellow democracies like India, Israel, Indonesia and South Africa”. Truss was addressing the UN General Assembly’s 77th session on Wednesday. Truss said the UK “won’t be strategically dependent on those who seek to weaponise the global economy”, in a reference to Russia amidst the Ukraine war.
