UK Defence Secretary says he wants to kidnap Putin

During his one-day visit to Ukraine, UK Defence Secretary John Healey was asked by an interviewer which world leader he would like to "kidnap". He replied that he would choose Russian President Vladimir Putin, adding that he would want to take him into custody. Healey added, "I will hold him accountable for his war crimes."
