UK ends mandatory self-isolation for COVID-19 +ve people

Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 in the UK will not be legally required to self-isolate from next week onwards, the government announced. The move comes as part of government's "Living with COVID" plan, which may also lead to reduced testing for coronavirus. The UK government has already scrapped vaccine passports and mask mandates for most venues, apart from hospitals.
