UK hosts World Black Pudding Throwing Championship

The World Black Pudding Throwing Championship took place on Sunday in the northern English village of Ramsbottom. The championship requires contestants to knock as many 3-kilogram Yorkshire puddings off a plinth as possible, by throwing black pudding (a native British version of sausage) at them. It was won by 50-year-old Gavin Ogden, who knocked down three Yorkshire puddings.
