UK imposes sanctions on Russian psychiatric hospital; Russia responds

Russia has responded after the UK imposed sanctions on a psychiatric hospital in the country. Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, "When the Starmer government imposes sanctions on a psychiatric hospital, it's time for London to call in paramedics." Since 2022, Britain has sanctioned over 3,200 individuals, businesses and ships under its Russia sanctions regime.
