UK is already in recession, declares UK's Finance Minister

The United Kingdom's Finance Minister Jeremy Hunt on Thursday said that the UK is now in recession and the economy is headed towards further shrinkage. Hunt tabled his emergency budget with £55 billion ($65 billion) of tax hikes and spending cuts. "There may be a recession made in Russia, but there is a recovery made in Britain," Jeremy Hunt said.
