UK library lights up in green-white to mark India's I-Day, trolled for skipping saffron

Birmingham City Council, led by Pakistani-born Mayor Zaker Chowdhury, marked India's Independence Day by lighting up library in green and white. The move, however, drew trolling on social media, with users pointing out that the Indian tricolour also features saffron. "Pakistani colours for India’s Independence Day," one user commented.
