UK man killed in New Orleans attack was ex-royal nanny's stepson

British police have named one of the victims of the New Year's Day attack in the United States' New Orleans as Edward Pettifer, who hailed from London. The 31-year-old victim's stepmother was a nanny to Prince William and Prince Harry. Prince William said that he and his wife Kate were "shocked and saddened" by the news.
