UK man loses penis due to blood infection, becomes 1st to have new one built on arm

A 45-year-old UK man, who lost his penis to a severe blood infection, became the first man to have a new one built on his arm. He underwent a procedure to have the appendage attached to his arm four years ago. Due to delays, it's still on his arm despite doctors saying it'd be moved to groin after two years.
