UK plans 5G club of 10 nations including India to cut reliance on Huawei: Report

The UK is reportedly proposing a "D10" club of democracies that would include G7 nations plus Australia, South Korea and India to create alternative suppliers of 5G equipment in order to avoid reliance on China's Huawei. It has approached the US with the proposal, The Times reported. The proposal comes ahead of a planned G7 summit in US next month.
