UK's BAT-linked firms get ₹3,896 crore dividend payout from ITC

Two entities linked to British American Tobacco (BAT), London-based company, have received a dividend payout of ₹3,895.74 crore from Indian conglomerate ITC in FY26. Tobacco Manufacturers (India) received ₹3,197.89 crore while Myddleton Investment Company was paid ₹697.86 crore. However, the combined dividend paid to these firms fell 8.1% year-on-year due to a reduction in their holding in ITC.
