UK's Defence Secy resigns as UK PM 'unable to provide resources needed to defend the country'

UK's Defence Secretary, John Healey, has resigned over the government's defence spending plans. In his resignation letter to UK PM Keir Starmer, Healey said "you have been unable, and the Treasury has been unwilling, to commit the resources that the nation needs to defend the country at this time of rising threats".
