UK's Finance Minister Rachel, Deputy PM David resign as Andy Burnham becomes new PM

As Andy Burnham became UK's PM on Monday, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves and Deputy PM David Lammy said they are resigning from their posts. "A new PM is entitled to build his own team, and I wish Andy Burnham...every success," Lammy said. "I wish the very best of luck to...Andy and his cabinet," Reeves said.
