UK to send new aircraft carriers to South China Sea

The UK will send its two new aircraft carriers on "freedom of navigation" operations in disputed South China Sea waters, amid increasing tensions between China and UK's ally the US, British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has said. China claims it enjoys exclusive control over a massive portion of the energy-rich South China Sea while the US considers it international waters.
