UK wants to deepen ties with India in defence area: British envoy

At the ongoing Aero India 2023, British High Commissioner to India Alex Ellis said the United Kingdom wants to deepen its relationship with India in the defence sector. "We're already doing it in the armed forces, particularly the Navy...Now Air is going to be fundamental to us," he added. Ellis said UK is the biggest delegation ever to Aero India.
