U'khand man claims to have created world's smallest pencil

A man in Uttarakhand's Haldwani has claimed that he has created a record by making the world's smallest pencil, which is 5 mm long and 0.5 mm wide. The pencil, which took nearly three to four days to make, is carved out of a single piece of wood and has an H.B. lead fixed in it, he said.
