Ukraine attacks oil export terminal in Putin's home city

Ukraine launched a drone strike on an oil export terminal in St Petersburg, Russian President Vladimir Putin's home city, hours before his annual economic forum got underway. A plume of smoke was visible from the historic city centre after the terminal was hit. Notably, the forum is aimed at attracting foreign investment and showcasing Russia at its best.
