Ukraine can be divided like post-WWII Germany: US' special envoy

US special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg said Ukraine could be divided into zones, similar to post-World War II Germany, as part of a peace deal. He suggested that British and French troops could control zones in western Ukraine while Russia would control the east. However, he later clarified, saying, "I wasn't referring to a partitioning of Ukraine."
