Ukraine is henchman of US and West with defective munitions: Kim

In an apparent reference to Ukraine, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un called Kyiv "the henchman of US and West, with its tacky and defective munitions". Kim stated that if Russia is attacked again, he would order North Korean forces to help repel the invasion.
