Ukraine launched one of the deadliest overnight attacks 1,000 km inside Russia, killing at least 13 people and wounding over 30, authorities said on Monday. The attack on Nizhnekamsk, which houses a major oil refinery, has been criticised as a "terrorist attack" by Russia, which added that Ukraine targeted residential areas. Russia said it shot down 456 Ukrainian drones.
