Ukraine's Svitolina skips handshake, pic with Belarus' Sabalenka at Aus Open

Belarus' Aryna Sabalenka, who is only permitted to play under a neutral flag at Grand Slams since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, defeated Ukraine's Elina Svitolina 6-2, 6-3 in the Australian Open women's singles semi-final on Thursday. Svitolina chose not to join Sabalenka for a pre-match photo and skipped shaking hands with her. "It's their decision...I respect that," Sabalenka said.
