Ukraine should retaliate if N Korean troops enter territory: Biden

Reacting to reports of deployment of North Korean troops to Russia, US President Joe Biden said Ukraine should strike back if they enter Ukrainian territory. His remarks come as reports suggest that 10,000 North Korean troops have reached Russia to undergo training. US also said it won't impose new limits on Ukraine using its weapons if North Korea joins war.
