Ukraine shouldn't be blamed for war against Russia: Germany

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that Ukraine shouldn't be blamed for its war against Russia. His comments came after US President Donald Trump suggested that Ukraine started the war and could've done a deal. Scholz stated Ukraine must have a strong army, "for which we in Europe and our international and transatlantic partners share responsibility".
