Ukraine spy chief’s wife recovering after being poisoned

Marianna, the wife of Ukraine's military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov, who was suspected of being poisoned with heavy metals in an alleged assassination attempt, is recovering, a spokesperson for the country's military intelligence agency said. She was hospitalised as she complained of feeling unwell after apparently eating food laced with heavy metals, reports stated.
