Ukraine willing to 'de facto give up' land to Russia: Trump envoy

Ukraine has agreed to de facto give up Crimea and four other regions, namely, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia, to Russia without formally recognising Moscow's sovereignty over them, US President Donald Trump's special envoy Keith Kellogg said. Ukraine wants truce that would mean "you sit on the ground you currently hold," Kellogg added. Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014.
