Ukraine's statehood at risk if pattern of war continues: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Ukraine's statehood could face an "irreparable blow" if the war's current pattern continues. He dismissed Western and Ukrainian discussions on "so-called peace formulas" and their "prohibitive demands." Putin stated, "Now it's quite obvious, not only (Ukraine's) counter-offensive failed, but the initiative is completely in the hands of...Russian armed forces."
