Ukrainian PM Yatsenyuk announces resignation

Amid the ongoing political crisis facing Ukraine, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Sunday announced his resignation in a televised broadcast. He also signalled support for speaker Volodymyr Groysman to take over his post. "On Tuesday, April 12, my request will be submitted to the parliament," he said.
