UK's first drone delivery service launched by Royal Mail

The UK's first drone delivery service has been launched by Royal Mail on the Orkney islands off the coast of Scotland. The drones, Speedbird Aero DLV-2 model, can carry payloads of up to 6 kg. Chris Paxton, head of drone trials at Royal Mail, said it would assist the company's efforts to reduce its carbon emissions.
