UK's Unilever allows Russian staff to join Russian Army amid war
British firm Unilever has permitted its employees in Russia to join the Russian army and fight in Ukraine if they are called up. Unilever, which has about 3,000 employees in Russia, has said it'd comply with Russian conscription law. Earlier this month, Ukraine called Unilever an "international sponsor of war" as it paid Russia $331 million in taxes last year.
