UltraTech Cement on Saturday announced it has received a GST notice to pay alleged tax dues of ₹390 crore, along with a penalty of a similar amount and interest of around ₹28 lakh. The order is related to alleged short payment of GST and improper utilisation of input tax credit, the firm said. It added that it's reviewing the order.
