UltraTech Cement to acquire 26% stake in renewable energy firm

UltraTech Cement will acquire a 26% stake in Solaris Horizon Energy for Rs 27.75 crore to support its green energy requirements, optimise power costs and meet captive power consumption regulations. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 180 days of signing the energy supply and share subscription agreements.
