Umar Gul breaks down, reveals he retired from cricket due to death of close friend

Former Pakistan fast bowler Umar Gul broke down into tears during an interview while revealing that he retired from international cricket due to the death of his close friend Kaleem. Gul stated that his friend passed away during the first year of COVID-19 pandemic, two days before Eid, in an accident. Gul retired from all forms of cricket in 2020.
