UN blacklists 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed's brother-in-law as 'global terrorist'

The UN has blacklisted Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed's brother-in-law Abdul Rehman Makki as a 'global terrorist'. Makki is the deputy chief of the Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). China had earlier blocked India and the US' joint efforts to list Makki under the 1267 Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee of the UN Security Council.
