UN monitors have said North Korea is protecting its nuclear and ballistic missiles, adding that sanctions against the nation were proving ineffective. This comes ahead of the second summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. North Korea has said it'll never unilaterally give up its nukes unless the US first removes any threat to it.
