Unacademy investors to get UpGrad board seat in merger: Report

Unacademy's investors will get one seat on UpGrad's board as part of the companies' merger, The Economic Times reported. Deal has been valued at ₹1,955 crore, ₹100 crore lower than the earlier estimate of ₹2,055 crore, and is expected to close within three weeks. Gaurav Munjal will continue as Unacademy's CEO, while Airlearn will become part of the merged entity.
