Under-construction highway collapses in South Korea, 3 killed

At least three people died and seven others were injured after an under-construction highway collapsed in South Korea's Cheonan on Tuesday, local media reported. Several people are believed to be trapped under debris and a rescue operation has begun. A video of the incident has also surfaced, showing the bridge's fall sending a massive cloud of smoke into the air.
