UNESCO should designate Jodhpur as a world heritage city: Raj CM

Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has said that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) should designate Jodhpur as a world heritage city. Speaking at an event on Sunday, he praised the city's rich cultural heritage, unique traditions and local cuisine among other things. He said the city has overcome challenges like water scarcity and limited rail connectivity.
