Former India opener Wasim Jaffer said it was "great to see" Zimbabwe and West Indies top their respective groups in the T20 World Cup 2026. He added, "Slightly unfair that it counts for nothing in the Super 8s." He added, "Group toppers should carry two points forward as they have already beaten one of the Super 8 qualifiers."
