Unfortunate PM chose to mislead nation on women's quota bill: Mamata

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee criticised PM Narendra Modi's address to the nation on Saturday over the failure of the women's quota bill in Lok Sabha. "It is deeply unfortunate that the PM chose to mislead the nation rather than address it honestly...[TMC] has championed higher political representation for women," she said. "We are fundamentally opposed to delimitation," Banerjee added.
