Uniforms made mandatory in universities and colleges in UP

UP Governor and Chancellor of state universities Anandiben Patel issued directions to implement a uniform system in all universities and colleges across the state. She said introducing a uniform system similar to schools would reduce chances of discrimination or social differences among students. Patel also stressed the need to introduce employment-oriented education in educational institutions.
