Unilever CEO Hein Schumacher to step down, CFO to take over

Unilever CEO Hein Schumacher is stepping down from the company after less than two years in the role. Fernando Fernandez, the current Unilever CFO, will replace Schumacher on March 1, 2025. Speaking of Fernando's appointment, Chairman Ian Meakins said, "While the Board is pleased with Unilever's performance in 2024, there is much further to go to deliver best-in-class results."
