Union Min launches 'Donate-a-Pension' scheme, donates to gardener

Union Labour Minister Bhupender Yadav on Monday launched the 'Donate-a-Pension' programme under the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-Dhan (PM-SYM) at his residence by donating to the gardener. The scheme allows people to donate a premium contribution to their support staff's pension fund. Under the PM-SYM, people receive an assured pension of a minimum of ₹3,000/month after the age of 60.
