Union Minister Bhagirath issues clarification on getting ₹99 lakh subsidy from own ministry's scheme

Bhagirath Choudhary, Minister of State in the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, has said that he is a farmer and didn't hide the fact that he availed a ₹99 lakh subsidy for his cucumber farm. His ministry runs the scheme. "I have installed a board...and mentioned all...subsidies I took. I also train farmers there," he said.
