Union Minister Piyush Goyal wins Mumbai North seat

Fighting Lok Sabha polls for the first time, Union Minister Piyush Goyal has won the Mumbai North Lok Sabha seat. He defeated Congress candidate Bhushan Patil by a margin of over three lakh votes. Goyal, who had declared assets worth over ₹110 crore, was fielded by BJP after replacing two-time Mumbai North MP Gopal Shetty.
